We at Asher House Wellness believe in the quality of our product(s) so much that if you aren't 100% satisfied, you can return the product(s) within 30 days of your order date for a full refund.Â
Returns:
​Opened & Used Products
If you’ve opened and used a product but are not satisfied, please reach out to us at cs@asherhousewellness.com to initiate a refund. Be sure to include your order number so we can process your request as quickly as possible.
​Unused & Unopened Items
For unused, unopened items purchased within the last 30 days, please follow the link below to initiate a return:
Submit a return request
- Log in to your account by clicking here.
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Request return".
- If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned and accepted, you will receive a refund.

Shipping in the USA
We offer $6.99 Flat Rate Ground Shipping and $25 Flat Rate Express Shipping. Shipping times do not include processing time—please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Be sure to account for Federal Holidays that may affect delivery times.
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $125. Max free shipping amount $30, please select ground shipping at check out. Cannot be combined with select other offers. US orders only. No code needed. Please note that dog beds are excluded from this offer.Â
We appreciate you joining the Asher House Wellness community! Please give our warehouse 3-5 business days after your order is placed to process and ship your products. We proudly operate our fulfillment facilities Monday through Friday and offer First Class shipping via USPS on all orders traveling within the continental United States.
Regular shipping rates apply to Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, US Territories, APO, FPO.
We do not ship overseas at this time.

Tracking Your Order
When we’ve packaged and shipped your order we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation Email that includes your tracking number. Please use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package until it is successfully delivered. You may use the chat function on our website if you do not have your tracking information. Please reach out if you notice any delays or have any questions!

Incorrect or Incomplete Address Entered At Checkout

For the Asher House Wellness fulfillment center to process your order quickly and efficiently, it’s super important that you provide complete and accurate shipping information. Asher House Wellness can’t assume liability for packages that are lost due to incorrect shipping information. We rely on our Wellness Warriors to provide the shipping address best suited for delivery of our amazing products. If the shipping carrier’s tracking number confirms that an order has been delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may be unable to re-ship your order.
